Beverley House is in Thornton-le-Dale, on the edge of the North York Moors. It's a three-storey cottage. It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two shower rooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The village is very pretty, with a stream and a duck pond. The local shop, a couple of cafes, and the village green are a two minute walk away. There's a pub just down the road. The garden at the back is shared with the cottage next door. It's enclosed.

Whitby is about half an hour's drive. The abbey is the main thing there, and the beach. The coast between Whitby and Scarborough has some good spots, like Robin Hood's Bay.
