Pear Tree Farm Cottages

Pear Tree Farm Cottages are old stables, converted into places to stay. They're in Ebberston, a small village on the edge of the North York Moors.

It's a 3 Star place. That means it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. It sleeps two people in one bedroom. The bathroom is en-suite. Everything is on the ground floor, which is useful.

You get your own little patio garden. There's parking right outside your door. The cottage is open plan, so the living area and kitchen are all one room.

There's a pub about a ten minute walk away. They do food. The nearest shop is in the next village, about a mile's drive.

Pickering is seven miles away. That's where you'll find the North Yorkshire Moors Railway steam trains, which are good for a day out. Scarborough and the coast are about half an hour by car. Dalby Forest is even closer, maybe 15 minutes. It's good for walking or cycling.

If you want to go further, York is about 45 minutes' drive.

Facilities-wise, it's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
