1 Chapel Terrace

1 Chapel Terrace is in Ebberston. It's a two-bedroom cottage that sleeps four. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable and well-equipped.

The cottage is over two hundred years old. It's semi-detached and sits right next to the village church. The garden is a real feature. It's large, enclosed, and gets the sun. There's seating out there.

Inside, there's one bathroom with a shower. The living room has a woodburning stove. It's got WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but it's an old cottage so the rest of it isn't really laid out for that.

There's a pub in the village, a couple of minutes' walk away. For shops, you'll need to drive to Pickering or Thornton-le-Dale.

You're in a good spot for getting out. Pickering is about ten minutes by car. That's where you get the North Yorkshire Moors Railway steam train from. It goes to Whitby. Whitby's about forty minutes drive if you go direct. It's a proper fishing town with the abbey, the steps, and lots of places to eat.

Scarborough is twenty minutes to the coast. It's got the two bays, the castle, and a sealife centre. Filey is a bit further, maybe thirty-five minutes. That's a quieter beach.

You're on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. For a bigger day out, York is about an hour's drive. Castle Howard is around forty minutes.

No pets, sorry.
