Levisham
Levisham is in Pickering, North Yorkshire. It's a 4 Star cottage, sleeps up to six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. We take one pet.
The cottage is part of a small development called Hungate Cottages. They're old outbuildings that have been converted. The gardens are nice and quiet, and there's a play area for children with a swing and a little house.
It's warm and clean, with a wood burning stove. We provide free logs for it. Bedding and towels are included.
Pickering town centre is a short walk away. There's a local pub. The town's swimming pool is about three minutes on foot, which is handy. The North York Moors Railway starts here too.
For days out, you're right on the edge of the North York Moors. Dalby Forest is nearby for walking or cycling. The coast at Scarborough is about half an hour by car. Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay are a bit further, maybe 45 minutes. York is about 40 minutes drive.
