Keldholme Cottage 1 is one of a pair of terraced cottages in Keldholme, a small hamlet just outside Kirkbymoorside. You're right on the edge of the North York Moors.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The garden is shared with the other cottage but you get your own private patio with a table and chairs. It's a nice spot in the morning. There are horses in the field next to the garden.
The kitchen is the main room, with the dining table in there. The living room is at the front of the cottage with a wood burner. There's a TV and some board games. The wi-fi works.
You get a washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. You can bring up to two dogs.
Kirkbymoorside is less than a mile away for a shop and a pub. The local pub does food. For walking, you can head straight out onto the moors from here.
Helmsley and Pickering are about a 15 minute drive. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway runs from Pickering up to Whitby. It's a good day out. Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, and the coast are about 40 minutes by car.
York is under 40 minutes away if you want a day in the city. For planning walks or trips, North York Moors National Park has all the information.
