Pheasant Lodge is in Wombleton, about four miles from Helmsley. It's part of the Keld Spring Lodge Retreat, which is a small group of holiday homes. You have your own decking around the lodge.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room. The other has twin beds, and there's a separate bathroom with a shower.
The inside is all open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a dining table that seats four. The furniture is modern and it's kept clean.
The decking goes around the lodge. You can sit out there. The view is over fields.
There's a pub in Wombleton village, about a mile away. They serve food and have a beer garden. Harome, also a mile away, has two very good restaurants. Helmsley is four miles down the road. You've got shops, cafes, and a brewery there.
You're right on the edge of the North York Moors. You can walk straight onto the moors from here. For a historic site, Rievaulx Abbey is close by. The coastal towns like Whitby or Scarborough are about a 50 minute drive.
Facilities: parking right outside, WiFi, all bedding and towels are included. No pets.
