Home Cottage Hovingham

Home Cottage is in Hovingham village. It's a stone-built semi-detached cottage, about two hundred years old. You have the back patio to yourselves. It's enclosed, so it's private.

The cottage sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep, which is usual for a place this age.

There's a wood burner in the living room. It works well and keeps the place warm. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.

In the village, there's a good bakery, a village shop that stays open late, and a high-end restaurant. There's also a local pub.

You're on the edge of the Howardian Hills. The market towns of Helmsley and Malton are about eight miles away. York is 17 miles. The North York Moors and the Yorkshire Coast are within a half hour drive for a day out.

You can bring up to two dogs. The whole property is no smoking.
