Ash Lodge is in Nawton. It's a single-storey lodge, so no stairs. It's one of six on a site, but it's detached. You can park right outside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The main thing is the view out the front, it's over fields.
There's a pub and an Indian restaurant in the village, about half a mile. A really good farm shop is a mile away. For a supermarket, you'd go to Kirkbymoorside or Helmsley, which are about three miles.
You're right on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. You can walk straight from the door. For a drive, Helmsley is nice for shops and a castle. Pickering has the steam railway. York is about an hour. The coast at Scarborough or Whitby is maybe 40 minutes.
Inside it's open plan. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
