This is Keldholme Shepherds Hut Two. It's in a field on the edge of Keldholme, just outside Kirkbymoorside. You're in the North York Moors here.
It's a shepherds hut, so it's one room. There's a double bed, a wood burner, a TV, and a kitchen area. The shower and toilet are in a separate little hut right next to it. Everything you need is there, it's just compact. It's got a 4 Star rating.
Outside, there's your own enclosed garden bit with a deck, seating, a firepit and a barbecue. It's all for you.
You're about half a mile from Kirkbymoorside. There's a shop and a couple of pubs there. For a bigger market town, Helmsley is about ten minutes by car. It's got the castle and good independent shops.
You're on the very edge of the North York Moors National Park. The moors start pretty much from the gate. For the coast, Whitby is a good 40-minute drive. York is under an hour.
Facilities: bedding and towels are included. There's parking. WiFi. You can bring one dog. There's another hut nearby that can be booked together if there are four of you.
