Grange Farm Cottage Barton le Clay

Grange Farm Cottage is ours. It's a detached cottage in Barton le Clay, Bedfordshire. It's from the 16th century so the walls are thick and the roof is low in places. It's quiet here, set back from the road.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are steep, as you'd expect. Mind your head on the beams upstairs.

The cottage has its own enclosed garden. There's a patio area and a barbecue. It's fully fenced. You can park right next to it.

Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.

There's a local pub about three quarters of a mile away. They serve food. The village has shops for basics.

For days out, Whipsnade Zoo is very close. You can often hear the lions. The Chiltern Hills are right here for walking. Ivinghoe Beacon and the Ashridge Estate are good starting points. Luton is twenty minutes by car if you need an airport or a bigger town. Milton Keynes is about half an hour north.

You can bring two dogs. The garden is secure.
