Pasture View is at Keld Head Farm, just outside Pickering. It's one of a few cottages on the farm. The main thing is the view, which is over fields. That's where the name comes from.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. One's ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. There's a big open-plan living area with a kitchen at one end. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The stairs are fine.
You get your own garden with a barbecue and some seating. It's enclosed, which is good if you have kids or a dog. Sorry, no pets though.
Pickering town centre is a 15 minute walk. There's a co-op, some cafes, and a few pubs. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway starts there, which is a proper steam train line. You can get to Whitby on it.
The edge of the North York Moors is about ten minutes away by car. For walking, it's hard to beat. The coast at Whitby or Scarborough is about 40 minutes' drive. York is about the same, maybe 45 minutes. Useful links for planning: North York Moors National Park and Pickering Castle.
Back at the farm, there's a shared play area for kids with a bit of football stuff. There's also a big grass maze. The cottages are all in a row, so you might see other guests coming and going.
The facilities are what you'd expect. WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. Parking is right outside.
