Bracken At Holly House
This is Bracken at Holly House, in Newton on Rawcliffe. It's a stone cottage we finished renovating last year, so everything inside is new. It sleeps three people.
It's two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a big bed that can be two singles if you need it. The second bedroom is a single. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got underfloor heating throughout, so it's always warm underfoot.
You have your own parking spot on the gravel drive. Out the back there's a private courtyard that gets the morning sun. There's also a shared garden area that looks out over a paddock, with a picnic bench.
The village is quiet. There's a local pub. Pickering is about four miles away for shops and cafes. It's right in the North York Moors National Park, so walking is right on the doorstep.
You're well placed for getting out. Dalby Forest is about a 20 minute drive for cycling. The coast at Whitby or Scarborough is roughly half an hour. York is about 45 minutes.
It has WiFi, TVs, a dishwasher, and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
