Devonia
This is Devonia. It's in Newchurch on the Isle of Wight. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps six, three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. There's a ground floor wet room as well as the upstairs bathroom, which is handy.
You're about a quarter of a mile from the local pub and restaurant. The shop is a mile away in the village. The garden gets the sun.
For beaches, Sandown is a five minute drive. It's a typical seaside town with a pier, amusements and places to eat. Shanklin is about the same distance, it's got the chine and the old village.
Locally, there's the Garlic Farm and Arreton Barns for crafts and farm shops. Amazon World and Robin Hill are nearby if you've got children with you. Godshill is a short drive, it's pretty with the thatched cottages and the model village.
It's all countryside around here, good for walks. You might see red squirrels. The coastal path is a short drive away. For more structured days out, National Trust Isle of Wight has details on Osborne House and other places. The Visit Isle of Wight site is useful for general planning.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair and stairgate if needed. Parking is on site.
You can bring up to two dogs. We can also book it with the other cottages next door for bigger groups.
