Devonia is a detached house in Newchurch. It's quiet. You get the whole garden to yourselves, it's enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's a wet room on the ground floor, which is handy.
The village has a pub and a restaurant a quarter of a mile away. The shop is a mile. You're in the countryside here, so you'll see red squirrels and plenty of birds.
For a day at the beach, Sandown is about five minutes by car. It's got all the usual seaside stuff - pier, amusements, places to eat. Shanklin is close too, with its thatched roofs and the Chine. Osborne House is about half an hour's drive if you like that sort of thing.
Local attractions like Amazon World and The Garlic Farm are very close. Godshill, with its model village, is a short drive.
The facilities are all there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking. It's a pet-friendly place, you can bring up to two dogs. We provide bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
