This is Buckingham Cottage. It's an end of terrace cottage on a quiet road in Ventnor. It's from the 1800s.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable. The garden is lawned and enclosed. You can see the sea from the garden, the patio, and from the balcony upstairs. The view is quite wide.
The stairs are normal, but they're a typical cottage width.
The beach is close by. There's a shop and a restaurant about 500 yards away, and a pub is even closer, about 400 yards. They're all easy to get to on foot.
You're well placed for seeing the island. Ventnor Botanic Garden is right on your doorstep. St Catherine's Lighthouse is nearby. Shanklin and its chine are about a 15 minute drive. Sandown, which has the zoo and good beaches, is about 20 minutes by car.
For facilities, it has a woodburning stove, a BBQ, bike storage, and wifi. There's a washing machine. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
