Seacliff

This place is called Seacliff. It's a bungalow in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. The name tells you most of it; it's up on the cliff and you get a clear view out to sea from the front. You're up above everything.

It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well looked after. The sitting room looks straight out over the water. There's a conservatory off it as well, which is just extra space. The back has a decked area to sit out on.

You can walk down to the seafront in a few minutes. Little Hope beach is down to the left. All the main stuff for Shanklin - the chine, the restaurants, the amusements - is off to the right. You can walk along the revetment all the way to Sandown if you want.

There's parking for two cars on the drive.

As for facilities, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. All the bedding and towels are there. No pets, sorry.

If you're looking for things to do, Sandown has the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary. For walking or days out, the National Trust Isle of Wight page is useful. There's also a bus and a train stop in Shanklin if you don't want to drive everywhere.
