Inglewood Retreat is on the southern side of Ventnor. It's in a quiet residential street, but you get a view of the sea from the back.
It's a detached house that sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite and it's got two sinks, so there's a bit of room in the morning. The house has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The layout is upside-down. You come in on the ground floor to the bedrooms. The living area, kitchen, and a balcony are all upstairs. The bi-fold doors open right up, which is nice on a warm day. The garden at the back is enclosed and slopes a bit.
You can park on the road at the front of the house.
You're about a ten minute walk from Steephill Cove, which is a quiet little beach. It's not sandy, more shingle, but it's a nice spot. Ventnor itself has shops and places to eat, and it's a steep walk down to the main beach. The coastal path is right there if you want to walk.
Within a half hour drive you've got places like The Needles, and the Ventnor Botanic Garden is very close. The whole island is easy to get around from here.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog.
