Little Croxley is a detached cottage in Wroxall. It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It's small, but it's got its own garden which is fenced in. You can see the Worsley Monument from there. The living space is all open plan. It's on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
You're about a mile from Ventnor town and the beach at Steephill Cove. The coastal path is a short walk away. Wroxall village has a shop and a pub just a few hundred yards from the door. The pub does food.
People say everything on the island is about 20 minutes away. From here, you're close to Godshill, which has the model village. Blackgang Chine is nearby. So are the Ventnor Botanic Gardens and Carisbrooke Castle. The Donkey Sanctuary is up the road.
For festivals, it's a good spot. The Isle of Wight Festival site and the Ventnor Fringe are both easy to get to.
It's got parking, WiFi, a TV, and a barbecue. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
