Holly Cottage
Holly Cottage is in Roud. It's a quiet spot, down a country lane. The cottage is detached, but we live next door. You won't see us unless you need something.
It's all on one level. One bedroom with a kingsize bed. There's also a small sofa bed in the living room, so it sleeps three max. Good for a couple, or a couple with one child. The bathroom has a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which helps. There are plenty of walks right from the door.
Godshill village is about two miles away. It's got pubs, tea rooms, and a model village. The church at the top is the one you see in pictures.
For the beach, Ventnor and Shanklin are about a 15 minute drive. Newport is the same, if you need shops or the leisure centre.
Island stuff: The Needles and Alum Bay are half an hour by car. Carisbrooke Castle is about 20 minutes. Osborne House is maybe 25. You're pretty central, so most things are within 30 minutes.
It has what you'd need: parking, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
