Culver View is a first floor flat in Shanklin. It's in a quiet building called The Adelaide. You get a balcony that looks straight out to sea. The view is the main thing here. It's good.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms, both doubles I think. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order and it's well looked after.
The beach is right across the road. It's that close. Literally a couple of minutes from the front door to the sand. The beach is sandy and Shanklin itself feels like a proper old-fashioned seaside town. It's got the cliffs and everything.
For getting about, you can walk into Shanklin centre easily. Ventnor is about a ten minute drive along the coast. If you want a bigger town, Ryde is maybe twenty-five minutes by car. The Needles and the west of the island are a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi. There's parking on site. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Isle of Wight page is useful for their properties, and Visit Isle of Wight has general information.
