Culver Chalet is in Hillway, on the east coast of the Isle of Wight. It's a detached bungalow, so all on one level. The garden is private and enclosed.
It sleeps four in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. Because it's a bungalow, there are no stairs at all, which is handy.
You're right by the coastal path. A short walk up the hill puts you on Culver Down, which is National Trust land. The views from there are the main thing. You can see for miles across the Solent one way and over Sandown Bay the other.
Whitecliff Bay is the nearest beach, about a quarter of a mile down the path. It's a mix of sand and pebbles. Bembridge village is about a fifteen minute walk. There's a shop, a few places to eat, and a lifeboat station. The Bembridge Windmill is there too.
Within half an hour's drive you can get to Sandown and Shanklin, which have the bigger sandy beaches and seafronts. Osborne House is near East Cowes if you like that sort of thing. The drive over to The Needles and Freshwater is worth it for the scenery.
In terms of what's here, the kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a hot tub in the garden. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and a highchair are here if you need them. There's parking for one car on the drive. No pets, sorry.
