Bungalow 10
This is Bungalow 10 at Fort Spinney in Yaverland. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's useful if you don't fancy stairs. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sleeps six.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. You get your own enclosed garden out the back, with a table and chairs. Good for sitting out.
The beach is right there. Less than a two-minute walk. It's a sandy beach, good for swimming. You can see the red sandstone and chalk cliffs. People find fossils sometimes. There's a place called Dinosaur Isle nearby if that interests you.
You can walk along the front into Sandown. It's flat and takes about fifteen minutes. Sandown has a pier, amusement arcades, that sort of thing. The local zoo is on the way. Shanklin is a bit further along the coast if you fancy a longer walk.
If you drive, Osborne House is about twenty minutes away. The Needles are about forty minutes. Cowes is half an hour.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site. No pets, sorry.
