Bella Vista
This place is called Bella Vista. It's a bungalow on the Isle of Wight, up a quiet lane in Ryde. It's got two bedrooms and sleeps four. There's one bathroom. Everything's on the ground floor.
The garden is a good size. It's south and east facing, so you get the sun for most of the day. It looks over fields. You can see Quarr Abbey from there. We sometimes get ducks on the lawn and there's a heron that visits the pond.
It's about a mile to a beach. Binstead village is a mile away, it's got a shop and a pub. Ryde town is two miles. That's where you'll find the big supermarket, more pubs, and the pier for the ferry to Portsmouth.
Inside, it's a 3 Star place. It's clean and comfortable. There's a wood burning stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The TV has satellite. Bedding is included.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on the drive.
For getting about, the beach is close. Osborne House is about a 20 minute drive. Carisbrooke Castle is about half an hour. The island is good for walking and cycling. If you're planning trips, these sites are useful: English Heritage and Visit Isle of Wight.
