Ash Barn - Fernhill Farm
Ash Barn is a new barn conversion on our farm, Fernhill. It's down a farm track, so it's quiet. You'll see fields and trees, not other houses.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean inside, with high ceilings. The main room is all open plan, with a kitchen, dining and sitting area. The big doors open straight out onto the patio.
Outside, there's a furnished patio with a table and chairs. It's private.
You're about a ten minute drive from Ryde. That's where the main shops are, and there's a long sandy beach. Wootton Bridge village is closer, just a few minutes away. There's a pub there, and the Lakeside Hotel which has a spa. Guests here get a discount on treatments if you book.
The farm is good for walks right from the door. You can walk to the estuary. For other things, you're fairly central on the island. Cowes, Ventnor, The Needles, they're all within about half an hour's drive.
It has parking, WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
