Solent View Apartment
Solent View Apartment is on the Cowes Parade, overlooking the Solent. It's a modern first-floor apartment, and the main thing you get is that view of the water and the boats going past.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, both with good beds. You get a kingsize in one and a choice of twins or another kingsize in the second. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 5 Star place, so it's comfortable and has everything you need.
The living area is open plan and leads out through big doors onto a private terrace. It's a proper space to sit outside. You'll see all the sailing activity from there, especially during Cowes Week.
The town centre and the ferry terminal are a few minutes' walk away. Cowes has pubs, restaurants, and shops along the front. It's a proper sailing town.
For facilities, you've got Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, and parking on site. The apartment is described as 'luxury' and 'coastal accessible'. I can confirm it's a nice, well-equipped flat.
If you want to explore the island, Osborne House is about ten minutes by car. The Needles and Alum Bay are half an hour's drive away. For walking, you can get onto the Isle of Wight Coastal Path easily from here.
