Solent View Apartment
Solent View Apartment is on Cowes Parade, right on the waterfront. It's a modern flat shaped like a tall wedge, overlooking the Solent. The main living area is open plan with big sliding doors. The view is the point, really.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds that can zip together into a super king if you'd prefer.
The flat has a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-finished and has good quality things. There's a private terrace off the living room. You can sit out there and watch the boats.
It's a few minutes' walk into the centre of Cowes. Lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops. The Red Jet terminal for the Southampton ferry is very close by too.
Being on the Parade, you see all the sailing activity. Cowes Week happens right out front. The Royal Yacht Squadron is next door.
For getting around, the ferry is easy. Newport is about a fifteen minute drive. Ryde, Ventnor, and the Needles are all within half an hour. You can get to most places on the island in under forty-five minutes.
In terms of what's there: it's got a dishwasher, wifi, and parking on site. It's a seaside property so access is level from the road, but there are stairs inside up to the flat. No pets.
