This is Olive. It's one of the huts at Buttercup Barn in Wootton. Think proper glamping, not a cottage. It's round.
It's for two people. There's one bedroom with a kingsize bed, and one bathroom. Everything is in one circular, open plan room. The stable door is nice. You can open the top half.
It has its own private hot tub outside. The hut is detached and you have your own bit of grass with a table. It's on a gated site with a few other huts, so you'll see other guests coming and going down the drive.
It's quiet out here. You're surrounded by fields. Ryde is about a ten minute drive for shops and the train. Cowes is about fifteen minutes the other way.
If you want to explore, you're in a good spot. The beaches at Ryde and Gurnard are close. You can drive to Newport in twenty minutes. The whole island is within easy reach. The National Trust has several places on the island, like The Needles and Bembridge Windmill.
Inside, it's got what you need: a kitchen area, a TV, WiFi. The rating is 5 Star, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. There's parking right there. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
If you have more people, you can book the hut next door as well.
