Seldon Avenue is in Ryde, up on the hill. It's a detached house, so no neighbours attached. There's parking for four cars off the road at the front.
It sleeps up to seven people. Three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, which is handy with a full house. Two are shower rooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The floors are laminate throughout, which is practical, especially with dogs.
It's very dog friendly. You can bring up to four. There's a hose outside and a shower room on the ground floor to wash off sandy paws. The rear garden is large and fully enclosed, which is good for them.
The views from the front over the Solent are really good. You can watch the ships go by. Appley Park and the beach are a short walk downhill. The beach is sandy with a long promenade. There's a lot there: bowling, a funfair, a pool, tennis. It's all within walking distance.
Ryde itself has the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants you'd need. The hovercraft and catamaran terminal from Portsmouth is at the end of the beach, which is useful for a day trip without the car.
For getting around the Island, everything is within about half an hour's drive. Osborne House is in East Cowes. Carisbrooke Castle is near Newport. The Needles are at the far west. The sailing towns like Yarmouth and Cowes are easy to reach.
Facilities: it has the washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair and stairgate if you need them. It's got a patio area in the garden too.
