Shoreline
Shoreline is on the sea front in Sandown. It's a Victorian terrace, used to be a coastguard cottage. You look right out over the beach from the front windows.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's been done up a bit but some old bits are still there, like the brick fireplace.
The stairs are fairly steep, it's that kind of house. There's a stairgate at the top.
You're about a five minute walk from everything in Sandown. Shops, cafes, the pier, the amusements. The beach is just across the road. It's a good, wide sandy one.
For local stuff, Dinosaur Isle and the Isle of Wight Zoo are very close. The Heights Leisure Centre has an indoor pool. There's plenty of golf and walking nearby.
If you want to explore, you can drive to Carisbrooke Castle or Osborne House in under half an hour. The south coast, like Ventnor or Blackgang Chine, is about a twenty minute drive.
It's fine for pets, up to two dogs. There's a small enclosed garden out the back. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. There's space to store bikes.
