The Hollies is a terrace house in Ventnor. It's on a quiet road between Ventnor and Bonchurch. You can walk into the centre of Ventnor in a few minutes to get to the seafront and the beach.
It sleeps seven people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The kitchen and dining area is open plan, and has big doors that open right out to the garden. It's a good spot for a family meal.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's a lawn and a paved area with a table and chairs for eight.
Ventnor's a nice town on the south coast. It's often one of the warmest spots on the island. The seafront has cafes, some independent shops, and a sandy beach.
Steephill Cove is a short drive away. It's a proper old-fashioned fishing cove with a sandy beach, set in the cliffs. There's no road to it, you have to walk down. It's very pretty.
Shanklin is along the coast, also only a few minutes by car. The seafront there has plenty of places to eat. Shanklin Old Village is quaint, with thatched buildings and tea rooms.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can park on site. No pets, I'm afraid.
