The Dairy is in Wroxall, on the Isle of Wight. It used to be a farm building. There's another cottage next door called The Farriers, so it's semi-detached. You get your own garden. It's enclosed and looks out over the farm's fields.
It sleeps three people. Two bedrooms and one shower room. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has a single. It's a 4 Star place. It feels cosy and everything works.
The kitchen, living and dining area are all in one open plan room. French doors open from there out to the garden. The shower is a walk-in. The whole place is on the ground floor. The entrance and doorways are wheelchair accessible.
There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger. Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair.
You're on a working farm but it's quiet. The big thing here is the direct access to the old railway line from the farm yard. It's part of the Red Squirrel Trail, so it's perfect for cycling or walking without going on roads. Lots of footpaths branch off from it.
The beach is about five minutes away by car. Ventnor is the closest. The farm is on a bus route if you don't have a car.
You're in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good walking country. The National Trust has several places on the island, like The Needles and Carisbrooke Castle. For a broader view of the area, Isle of Wight AONB has information.
You can bring up to two dogs. We can sometimes sort discounted ferry tickets if you're bringing a car, just ask when you book.
