The Dairy
The Dairy is in Wroxall, near Shanklin. It's a converted farm building, so it's got thick stone walls and a low roof. It's just next to another cottage called The Farriers.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with a single. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.
There's an open plan living area with a kitchen. French doors lead out to a private, enclosed garden. It looks out over the farm fields. You get nice sunsets.
The main thing here is the location for walking or cycling. You have private access right from the garden onto the old railway line, which is part of the Red Squirrel Trail. It's flat and traffic-free, good for bikes or a pushchair. Plenty of footpaths branch off from it.
The coast is about five minutes away by car. Shanklin beach and sand cliffs are that way. Ventnor is a bit further, maybe ten minutes.
The farm's on a bus route if you don't have a car. The bus goes to Shanklin and Ventnor.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on site, and an electric vehicle charger. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed.
