Clarendon House is in Shanklin, on the Isle of Wight. It's a big, detached house on a quiet street. It's not flash, but it's bright and solid.
It sleeps ten, over five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The garden is a good size, with a patio area and a picnic bench.
The Old Village is a short walk away. That's where the thatched cottages and tea shops are. The seafront and the beach are about a fifteen-minute walk downhill. There's a theatre just up the road if that's your thing.
For a day out, you can drive to Ventnor in about fifteen minutes. Osborne House is about half an hour away. The Needles and Alum Bay are a bit further, maybe forty minutes drive. You're well placed for exploring.
For facilities, it's got the basics: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for a couple of cars on the drive. You can bring up to three dogs. There's a highchair if you need one. Bedding is included.
