This is Chine Bluff. It's on the seafront in Shanklin. You're right on the esplanade, looking straight out at the beach and the bay.
It's an apartment, not a whole house. You get the first and second floor. There's another flat, Beachside Bluff, on the ground floor. They're separate.
It sleeps two people. There are two bedrooms, but they're both set up for one person. It's a good option for friends or a couple who want their own space. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The main thing is the view. You can see it from most rooms. It looks out towards Culver Cliff on one side and Luccombe on the other. The beach is right there.
You're a minute's walk from the sand. There's a pub and a restaurant about 50 yards away. The shop is 100 yards. It's quiet where the building is, but you're close to everything.
Just along the esplanade there's a Pirates Cove with adventure golf and things like that. Shanklin Old Village is up the hill, with thatched pubs and Shanklin Chine. That's a steep, wooded gorge you can walk through.
For a day out, Osborne House is about half an hour away by car. Carisbrooke Castle is roughly the same. Driving to places like Ventnor or Freshwater takes maybe 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
What's here: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. You can't bring pets.
For planning, the Isle of Wight Council coastal page has good maps for walks. The National Trust Isle of Wight page lists their properties.
