The Meadow Flat
The Meadow Flat is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. It's just for two people. It's in Shanklin, on a quiet road. There's one allocated parking space.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well looked after. It's not huge, but it has what you need. There's a washing machine, and the bedding and towels are included.
You can walk to the beach and the town centre in about 15 minutes, maybe 20 if you're slow. The old village part of Shanklin is nice, with the thatched cottages and tea shops. There's a shop and a pub about half a mile away.
The flat is good if you like walking or cycling. There are paths nearby. Shanklin itself has restaurants and cafes. Sandown is next along the coast, with a pier and a zoo.
For things to do, Ventnor Botanical Gardens are very close. You can drive to Carisbrooke Castle, or Osborne House in East Cowes. The sailing towns like Yarmouth are about a 30 minute drive. The Needles and Alum Bay are further, maybe 40 minutes.
It's a straightforward place. You've got your parking spot, your wifi, and you're a short walk from the beach. No pets, sorry.
