Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage is on our smallholding in Hampeth, Northumberland. We've got about twenty-two acres here, and you're welcome to walk around them. The cottage itself is detached.
It sleeps two in one bedroom. That bedroom has a super king size bed. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's all on one level, which is handy.
The living area is open plan. There are some exposed stone walls and beams. The kitchen is well-equipped, we've tried to put everything in there you might need. It even has one of those Ninja Speedi things if you like that. The WiFi works fine.
Outside, there's a little seating area. It gets the sun in the morning. There's parking right next to it, and an electric vehicle charger if you need one.
The cottage is just off the A1, so getting around is straightforward. There's a pub about a mile away in Newton on the Moor, they do good food. Alnwick is only a few minutes' drive. That's where Alnwick Castle and the gardens are. The Northumberland Coast is about fifteen minutes east. Lots of beaches and castles like Craster and Dunstanburgh.
If you head west, you can get to Northumberland National Park and bits of Hadrian's Wall in under half an hour. The National Trust looks after a few sites nearby too.
Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included. There's a TV, a washing machine, and space to store bicycles. No pets, sorry.
