Pilot Me Cottage
Pilot Me Cottage is in Staithes, down near the upper harbour. It's right in the middle of everything. You can see the water from the main windows.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are three bathrooms too, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating. Two parking spaces are right next to the cottage, which is a big deal in Staithes.
The main room has a wood-burning stove and looks out over the harbour. There's a smaller second sitting room if people want to watch something different on the TV. The kitchen has what you need. There's a balcony you can get to from there.
One bedroom is on a mezzanine level upstairs. It has zip and link beds so it can be a twin or a double, and it has its own shower room. The other two bedrooms are a twin and a double. There's a family bathroom up there as well, plus a shower room on the ground floor.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. Everything like bedding, towels, electricity and wifi is included. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
You're a minute's walk from the pub, the cafes, and the little shops. The beach is just down the hill. For walking, you can pick up the Cleveland Way right from the village. It's a proper coastal path. Runswick Bay is a nice walk along the cliffs one way, and you can get to places like Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay if you're driving.
