Oak Barn is in Metton. It's a detached barn conversion on its own bit of land. Sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's comfortable.
The main room is open plan. There's a kitchen area, a dining table, and sofas by a wood-burner style electric stove. You get the TV, WiFi, all the usual things. There are French doors out to the patio.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs. You can have up to two pets. The view from the garden is just fields. No other houses in the way.
The Felbrigg Trail walk starts right outside. It goes to Felbrigg Hall. There are plenty of other footpaths around here too.
The coast is about ten minutes drive. Cromer has the pier and a decent beach. Sheringham is along the coast, with its steam railway. Visit Norfolk has a good guide to the coast.
If you head inland, the Norfolk Broads are about half an hour away. Norwich is also around thirty minutes. It's a proper city with shops, the cathedral, and a castle.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for a couple of cars right there.
