Skimming Stones
Skimming Stones is in Sheringham, Norfolk. It's a house on a normal residential street. The beach is five minutes walk away.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is an ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. There are two separate living rooms, which is useful if people want different space. One has a gas stove that looks like a wood burner. The other has a large sofa bed in it.
The garden faces south west, so you get the sun in the evening. It's enclosed.
The town centre is close. You can walk to the shops, cafes, and pubs. The beach is sand and shingle. The North Norfolk Railway, which they call the Poppy Line, runs from Sheringham. It's a steam train that goes along the coast. Sheringham Park is run by the National Trust and is good for walking.
You're well placed for the north Norfolk coast. Cromer is about ten minutes drive east. Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are roughly half an hour west. Norwich is about 45 minutes drive if you want a city day.
Facilities: there's parking for one car on the drive. Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
