This is South Terrace. It's a ground floor apartment in Sheringham, on the North Norfolk coast. The building itself is one of the bigger, modern ones right on the seafront. You can see the sea from here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and they both have their own shower room, which is handy. Everything's on one level inside. The main living area and both bedrooms have doors that open straight out onto the terrace.
The terrace is the main thing. It's big, it gets the sun, and it's completely private. There's proper sofa seating out there, a table for eating, and a barbecue. You'll probably end up spending most of your time out there if the weather's alright.
The beach is about a minute's walk away. Sheringham town centre, with the shops and places to eat, is about five minutes on foot. It's a proper seaside town, so there are chip shops, pubs, a few cafes, and some small shops.
If you want to go further out, you're in a good spot for the coast road. Cromer is about fifteen minutes drive one way, and Holkham or Wells-next-the-Sea are maybe forty minutes the other way. The North Norfolk Steam Railway station is in town. The National Trust has a few places nearby, like Felbrigg Hall. For the nature reserves, the Visit Norfolk site has good information.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a kitchen area, a dining table, and the living space with sofas. It's all clean and well kept. The rating is 5 Star, which means it has everything you'd need and is in good order.
You can bring one dog. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's Wi-Fi and parking.
