Forsythia House is a holiday cottage in Overstrand. It's part of a row, built in the late 1800s like most cottages here.
It sleeps five people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it’s well looked after and comfortable. The finishes are good quality. There's a wood burning stove in the sitting room. The stairs are typical for an old cottage, so they turn a corner and are a bit steep.
You've got a small patio garden out the back. It gets the sun in the morning. There's a table and chairs, and a barbecue.
Overstrand beach is about a three minute walk away. It's sandy and quieter than Cromer. The village has a couple of places to eat. You can walk to them.
Cromer is two miles along the coast. The pier is there, and you can get crab sandwiches. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline here for walking. Felbrigg Hall is a ten minute drive inland. If you're into birds, Cley Marshes is about half an hour away.
Inside, you've got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a TV. There's WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and a highchair are there if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
