Coach House Grasmere
Grange End Coach House is in Grasmere. It's a stone cottage, one of a pair. You get your own parking spot and a garden with seating.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are steep and narrow. They're original cottage stairs, so watch your head and step carefully.
The village centre is a few minutes' walk. There's a shop, pubs, and the Grasmere Gingerbread shop. They're all about 200 to 500 yards away.
You can leave the car here. Walks start from the door. For longer routes, you're in the middle of the Lake District. Helvellyn is a drive away, but lower fells like Helm Crag are right there.
Inside, there's a wood burner. We supply the wood. There's also a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
