The main living space is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. There's an electric wood burner for atmosphere. The doors open onto a private balcony that looks out over the harbour. The view is the main thing. You can sit out there with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and watch the boats.
The master bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a little window seat. The second bathroom has a double shower.
You're about a five minute walk down the hill to East Looe beach and the town. The path back up is steep, that's the trade-off for the view. The harbour has restaurants and shops. There's a Co-op in town for groceries. The South West Coast Path runs right by the property if you want to walk.
You can drive to Polperro in about ten minutes. It's a classic Cornish fishing village with narrow streets. To the west, Talland Bay is a ten minute drive. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline around here. The Looe Valley Line train goes from Looe to Liskeard if you fancy a trip without the car.
