Bank Voles Nest
That's Bank Voles Nest. It's a bungalow near Trelawne. You've probably seen the area on TV, it’s where they filmed some of ‘Beyond Paradise’. The place sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower.
It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and well equipped. It's semi-detached with another bungalow called Deer's Holt next door. You can book them together if you're a bigger group. The whole place is on one level, no stairs.
Inside it’s all open plan, kitchen and living area together. Outside, there's a heated swimming pool you can use between May and September. It's unstaffed, so kids under 16 need watching. There’s an insurance rule that means children under four and a half can’t use it at all. There’s a patio and garden space around the pool.
It's quiet out here. You’ll see birds and things in the garden. The coast path is just over a mile away if you want to walk to it. Polperro and Looe are a short drive. Looe has a proper beach and the usual shops.
For a day out, the Eden Project is about half an hour by car. You can get to lots of beaches in south east Cornwall within 30 minutes. There’s a local pub a reasonable walk away.
Facilities: parking right outside, WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided. No pets, sorry.
