3 Mount Pleasant
3 Mount Pleasant is in Looe. It's an end-of-terrace townhouse on the main road overlooking the river. The view right across to the town and harbour is really good. You're looking at it.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star property, so it's well looked after. There are TVs in most rooms.
You're about a five minute walk from the centre of Looe. The streets are narrow, full of shops, pubs, and places to eat. East Looe beach is about half a mile. You can get to the coastal path from here.
A lot of people use kayaks or paddleboards on the river. There's a launching spot directly opposite the house.
Inside, it's open plan on the ground floor: kitchen, dining, and living area all together. The kitchen has what you need. Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size. One has a freestanding bath in the room. The top floor has the best views. There's a small courtyard at the back with a table and a charcoal barbecue.
As part of your booking, you get free use of a swimming pool at a holiday complex two miles away. It's heated, open all year, and has a lifeguard. There's a toddler pool too.
Polperro is a short drive along the coast. The Looe Valley Line train to Liskeard is worth doing. By car, you can get to Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan in under half an hour.
For facilities: bedding and towels are included, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the main road outside. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. No pets sorry.
