The Dawn is in Looe. It's a three bedroom house that sleeps six.
First thing you'll notice is it's upside down. The living area is on the top floor so you get the view. You can see the sea and the beach from the balcony. It's quite open plan up there.
There are two bedrooms with kingsize beds that can be split into twins if you need. The third room has bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one is a wet room on the ground floor.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern. The parking is on site.
You're right in Looe, so you can walk to the beach and the town. There's a pub nearby. The coast path is on your doorstep if you want a walk.
Within half an hour you've got a few options. Polperro is along the coast. The National Trust's Antony is that way too. If you fancied a day on the moors, Bodmin Moor is about a twenty five minute drive.
Facilities are all there: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
For planning, the Visit Cornwall site is useful, and the South West Coast Path page has walking maps.
