Deers Holt
This is Deers Holt in Trelawne, Cornwall. It's a bungalow, so no stairs. It's semi-detached, next door to another cottage called Banks Voles Nest. You can rent them together if you're a bigger group.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms: one double, one twin. One bathroom with a shower. It has a 4 Star rating. The layout is open-plan, so the kitchen, dining and sitting area are all in one room.
Outside, there's a patio and garden area. The main feature is the heated swimming pool on the complex, which you can use from May to September. It's not supervised, so kids under 16 need watching. Children under four and a half aren't allowed in the pool due to the insurance.
The location is good for getting around. Polperro and Looe are a short drive away. Looe was used as the fictional town in the TV series 'Beyond Paradise' if you've seen that. The South West Coast Path is just over a mile away for walks. The closest beach is at Talland Bay, about two miles.
Further afield, the Eden Project is about a 25 minute drive. Fowey is maybe 20 minutes. Plymouth and the Tamar Valley are within half an hour.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, bedding and towels are included, and you get a parking space. No pets. The garden is yours to use.
