River View
River View is in Youlgreave, on the River Bradford. It's the end terrace of a short row. You've got the front garden and a little bit out the back.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, both doubles. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. The bathroom is downstairs, which is fairly usual for around here.
You can park right outside. There's a utility room for boots and coats when you come in. The sitting room has a wood burner, which is nice in the evening. The Wi-Fi is reliable.
Out the front, there's a bench by the river. You get ducks. Out the back, there's a table and chairs and a bike rack. We leave a BBQ there in the summer.
The village has what you need: a couple of shops, three pubs, cafes. You can walk straight from the door. The Limestone Way passes the house. There's a swimming spot a little way along the river, if you don't mind the cold.
By car, Bakewell is ten minutes. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are about fifteen minutes. The Monsal Trail is close for cycling. Buxton, Matlock and Ashbourne are all within half an hour.
We include all bedding and towels. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. No pets, sorry.
