Netherwood
Netherwood is an apartment in Bakewell. It's in the centre of town, above some shops. You get the whole first floor to yourselves.
It sleeps six. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The kitchen leads out to a private garden area. It's got a table and chairs out there. It's a nice spot for a morning coffee.
You're right in the middle of Bakewell. The shops, pubs, and the market are a two-minute walk. The famous pudding shop is just down the road.
For walking, the Monsal Trail starts very close by. It's a flat, traffic-free path along an old railway line. Good for bikes too. The wider Peak District is all around you. Peak District National Park has all the maps and information.
Lots of the big houses are within half an hour. Chatsworth is about ten minutes by car. Haddon Hall is even closer. Castleton and its caves are about a twenty-minute drive.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is on site.
