Tick Tock Cottage
Tick Tock Cottage is in Baslow. It’s detached, so you’ve got your own walls. You've got a sunny courtyard at the back and there's a bit more garden space too, which you share with us.
It sleeps four across two bedrooms upstairs. The beds are super kings, but they split into twins if you prefer. One bathroom up there, with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.
Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen, dining table for four, and a sofa area. There's a downstairs toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. We include all the bedding and towels.
Baslow is a handy village. There’s a decent shop for essentials and a couple of places to eat. You’re right on the edge of the Peak District here. Chatsworth is the big one, you can see the parkland from parts of the village. It’s a ten minute drive, or you can walk it if you're up for it.
For walks, you can pick up paths straight from the door. Bakewell is ten minutes away. Castleton for the caverns is about twenty minutes. If you're driving, Matlock Bath and the Heights of Abraham are within half an hour.
On facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and parking for two cars on the drive. You can store bikes. There's a BBQ in the courtyard. No pets, sorry.
