Corner Cottage is on a side street in Bakewell town centre. It's the end cottage in a small terrace of old stone buildings. You can walk to everything.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after, with some original features like the fireplace. Nothing fancy, but it's solid.
The view from the front is over the church and the hills. You're about 200 yards from the main shops and a pub is even closer. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in town.
For walking, you can start right from the doorstep. The Monsal Trail is a few minutes away by car for cycling or a level walk. For a proper day out, Chatsworth House is about ten minutes drive. Haddon Hall is even closer. Bakewell itself is on the route of the Limestone Way.
There's a wood burning stove for winter evenings. It has a dishwasher, wifi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is for one car on the street outside.
