Monsal Cottage
Monsal Cottage is on Burton Manor Farm, near Over Haddon. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well kept.
You're on a working dairy farm. There's off-road parking. They'll give you some fresh milk when you arrive. You'll see animals around. The views over the fields are really nice.
Inside, it's all on the ground floor. There's one bedroom and a walk-in shower. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You've got a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. There's a patio with furniture.
You can take up to three dogs. Bedding and towels are included.
The nearest pub is about a mile and a half away in Monyash. They do food and local beer. Bakewell is a short walk. It's a nice town with the river running through it.
You're right in the Peak District for walking. Monsal Head is very close. Tissington Trail is a bit further. You don't really need to drive to find a good walk from the door.
Chatsworth House is a short drive away. It's a big historic house with gardens. Useful links if you're planning: Peak District National Park and National Trust Chatsworth.
There are other cottages here on the farm. You can book several together if you've got a bigger group.
