Spa Cottage
Spa Cottage is in Bakewell. It's up on the hillside, so you get a good view over the town and the golf course.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. They're upstairs. There's a double and a twin. The bathroom is downstairs. It's got a free standing bath and a separate shower.
The stairs are steep. They're cottage stairs, just a bit narrow and steep. There's a warning on the listing, so I'm saying it here too.
You've got a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen diner. The back garden is enclosed, with a patio and a bit of lawn. There's a hot tub out there under a roof, so you can use it in any weather.
You can walk into Bakewell town centre. There's a market, shops, cafes and pubs. It's all close.
For days out, you're right in the Peak District. The Monsal Trail is good for walking or cycling. Chatsworth House is about ten minutes away by car. Castleton and the caves are about a twenty minute drive. If you want to walk from the door, there are plenty of paths.
Facilities: parking on site, WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
